The Story of Our Brand
Why the design of our logo? We desired to impart our beliefs and hopes for the company and the community in a symbol i.e. our brand, our image. The K&H (Kear and Householder) is to show we work together as a team, the home shows that we all are family (the community) and the hummingbird represents joy and the celebration of life and its beauty – a healing symbol that helps people focus on the positive aspects of life. We chose to represent the hummingbird in origami form to show the patience and time it takes to create something so complex and beautiful – just like the human spirit. The hummingbird nestled in the home represents our family and yours.
