No matter your age there are times in your life when you need a helping hand, even if that helping hand is nothing more than a conversation. Need a break for a few hours we can sit with your loved one. We tailor or caregiving to your unique needs and abilities to assist in the Activity’s of Daily living (ADLs) as well as the instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs). These activities can include, but not limited to, such activities like shopping, running errands, going to doctor appointments, light housekeeping, meal planning, cooking and cleanup to being there as your companion. It could be just a few hours to a 24/7, your needs our solution.
Our CareGiver and Personal Domestic Assistant services are available 24/7 365 days a year. You can contract our services in two different methods; pre-paid/pre-scheduled or as-needed/pay as you go (this method requires an advanced notice to schedule the caregiver). Once you’re signed up and configured in our service management system we (you and us) track and monitor the care being received and the caregivers to ensure we are providing the best services possible to you.
Our service management system’s online ‘Family Room’ portal allows you to add/remove services, change schedule, notes, and make payments.
You are able to set up automated payments and receive notification in advanced, detailed invoices emailed or USPS (snail mail), with automated emailed notifications that a payment is coming up. You can also split payments with family members and others and/or add additional funds for future invoices.
